lol, no kidding about living in a small town! It snowed today in our southern Illinois town...which is flat as a pancake! I saw a kid snowboard down the side of a small ditch, SMACK, right into the other side. Poor kid, but I guess you gotta do what you gotta do to have fun in the corn fields of Illinois:) RIC

Yes, that's it! The other woman couldn't make it either. That was such and amazing experience! I went with my moth-in law, a woman that I do bookkeeping for, and her sis-in law. We had so much fun! Joash got to watch Ana that night and then the next day! It was a good experience for him as well : ) That was the only one I had ever been to. Made me cry a few times. RIC

Hi! Welcome to meetfish. Are you finding your way around? I am glad to see so many people on here now. I see that you and I are the same age (for now). I'll be hitting the big 30 in March. I'm okay with that, I feel older than that sometimes. Other times it's like, "I guess I am grown now with a family and baby girl, what happened?" I love it though, not getting older but the rest of it. I also see that you like Avalon. They were supposed to be at the Women of Faith confernce but only one guy was able to make it because the husband and wife were out having a baby! I thought that was a good excuse myself. I can't remember the guy's name but he did a great job goin' solo! It was so awesome just to be there with litterally thousands of women on fire for the Lord! Have you ever been to one? Sandi Patty was awesome as well. I think Kathy too now come to think of it! Dr. Phil even made an appearance. We were so close I could have reached out and.... spit on him (I wouldn't really spit on anyone but not a big Dr. Phil fan. Well, I look forward to getting to know you. your sister in Christ, Darci RIC
