Thank you Grammy. I know that I have my faith to pull me through, and some days that is the one small thread that is bringing me through. blessings, Sandi RIC

Thanks for the birthday wish, Sandi; that was so sweet.
I can understand your discouragement...it sounds like you really put your heart into getting the new doctor set up and ready to go. I am thankful for the close walk you have with the Lord, as this will be a wonderful opportunity to show that God truly offers a peace that passes all understanding.
As a fellow Kathy Troccoli fan, I pass on some of the words of "My Life is in Your Hands" to encourage you:
Life can be so good
Life can be so hard
Never knowing what each day
Will bring to where you are
Sometimes I forget
And sometimes I can't see
That whatever comes my way
You'll be with me
My life is in your hands
My heart is in your keeping
I'm never without hope
Not when my future is with you
My life is in your hands
And though I may not see clearly
I will lift my voice and sing
Cause your love does amazing things
Lord, I know, my life is in your hands
How wonderful to have a Saviour who loves us so completely! You are in my prayers as you seek God's guidance for your career. Robin

I feel like my whole life has changed or become worse. I was fired from my job on Friday. I had only been there since June 18th, 2007. I was as the front office and back office until the new doctor could build up her practice. i went in and there was nothing in the office. I had to order everything and set up the whole office, from paper clips to syringes and medications to the chairs and plants in the office and paper in the copier and even the copier. I was working some overtime getting the office set up and running and they talked to me one time about not putting in any more overtime, was told to be honest about the time that I stayed and most of the time I usually stayed maybe 30 minutes over every night. They told me the reason they were terminating me was because of the fact that my production level was not up to the level that they expected, and they were letting me go. I am devastated. I was prepared to stay there for the rest of my career. I really liked the doctor, she is also having some difficulty with her health, and I wonder if that could be part of the problem. I wonder now if I should change the way that I should go toward looking for a new job. I am so tired. I am 54 and I just am so discouraged. RIC
