| Favorite Books: | Other than the bible... Blue Like Jazz by Donald Miller, Discerning the Voice of God by Priscilla Shirer, Victory Over the Darkness by Neil Anderson, most books by Max Lucado and Wanda Dyson. As for secular books, i absolutely love Dean Koontz. He's a "guilty pleasure" so to speak. I grew up reading him so its a hard habit to break. I love mystery novels.RIC |
| Heroes: | Jesus first and foremost! Then it would be my grandfather. He was the earthly image i would assume God wants all men to take on. I dont have much family and what i do have is not really those to look up to. My grandfather though was always one i could depend on and always wished for a man like him when i grew up. | My Philosophy on God: | His relationship with each of His children is individual and special. He loves us all the same despite the fact that we do not deserve it. He saved me from a life of anger and sadness and brought me to the light to see the beauty of His creation. Though i may struggle, He has never left my side. Though I ignored Him for the first 23 years of my life, He never left my side. Since there is so much i can say to this.. it simple answer is: He is love... He is good.RIC |
