Hi, Cheryl! I hope you had a great weekend. Endeavor to stay in God's presence this week and be a blessing to others. God bless, Albie RIC
| Height | 5' 8" |
| Marital Status: | Divorced |
| Religion: | Christian — Pentecostal |
| Smoker: | No |
| Drinker: | No |
| Children: | Proud Parent |
| Hometown: | Birmingham, AlabamaRIC |
| People I Would Like to Meet: | Other believers who have an understanding of what it means to be "sanctified"... RIC |
| Interests: | Music (especially praise and worship music), reading, church activities, family time and time with friends, cooking, sewing (when I have time to be creative), swimming, and there are a lot of other things I like to do but do them less often and there a lot of things I would like to try someday....RIC |
| Favorite Music: | Praise and worship music of all styles. Contemporary Christian music, southern gospel, etc... Music has always been a big part of my life and I learned years ago that, for me, listening to secular music isn't really an option - music touches my heart and soul too deeply so I am careful what I allow my ears to hear. I am also careful about what I allow my eyes to see (movies, TV shows, etc.) "Above all else, guard your heart, for it is the wellspring of life." Proverbs 4:23RIC |
| Favorite Books: | My Bible, books by Joyce Meyer, Tommy Tenney, Gary Chapman, John Maxwell, and many others. I do read fiction once in a great while, too.RIC |
| Heroes: | My Mom and Dad - they've been married 51 years and have been a great example of a Godly marriage and covenant relationships. Not to mention, they are a lot of fun to be with!! RIC |
| Other Interests: | Someday, I would like to go on a short term missions trip to work in an orphanage - or anywhere else God may give me opportunity to go and work for His kingdom.RIC |
| My Philosophy on God: | Wow - answering this question could get lengthy - to put it simply, He is the one and only God. It is only through His son, Jesus, that we can even come before the throne of God. There is no other God - he is the great I AM ~ the Alpha and Omega.... enough said?RIC |
| My Philosophy on What Happens After I Die: | Well, after I die, because I have accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior, have been forgiven for my sins, and believe that He is the Son of God, I'm going to heaven ... that's a very basic way to put it but I know who I am in Christ and I know whose I am... :)RIC |
| My Philosophy on Why I Exist: | God created me to have a relationship with Him - I am here to praise and worship Him, to love and adore Him....and to share the hope that I have with a lost and dying world.RIC |
| My Philosophy on The Nature of Truth: | Truth is absolute - it is not relative, as today's culture would have you believe. The truth of God's Word will set you free from living under the lies of the enemy. Get into the Word, know who you are as a child of God. Understand the authority He has given you in the name of Jesus Christ. There is truth about every area of our lives in the Bible - it's the standard to live by ... it is also a weapon to use against the enemy when he attacks. The Word of God is also living and active and it transforms us and grows us up in Christ. Take my word for it - it has changed my life!RIC |

Hi, Cheryl! May you feel God's presence in your life, home and family this Easter Sunday. Remember the price that was paid for our sins. Spend time in God's house this Sunday. Dance, praise and sing before him! Hugs, Albie RIC

Cheryl: So glad to hear your ministry is going well. Our church is small and our singles ministry died! I am one of a handful of single men in our congregation. We just couldn't get it together. I suppose the scope was not defined properly. Oh well! God has been very good to me. He gave me a wonderful friend and brother whom I love very much. We have had a mess of problems the past year and a half which almost resulted in the loss of a friendship. While studying the New Testament (Romans), God led me to 1 and 2 Samuel to read about David and Johnathan. It was one of those moments of clarity where only God can speak to you that I realized my brother was very important and I needed to get over myself and concentrate on my friend's needs. Long story short, I grew to love my brother even more and have come to appreciate his strength and weaknesses. In my myopia, I couldn't see how he was hurting. I almost messed everything up! I just got back home at 1am from helping him out with his car. It makes me feel good to be there for my brother and realize I almost lost someone God put in my path. Although sometimes I feel lonely, I know I am not alone! I am a blank slate waiting for God to make me into the man he always wanted me to be. Life is good! Take care, Albie RIC

Hi, Cheryl! I hope your week is going great! Anything cool going on? What about Bible study? Are you concentrating on any book or subject in particular? Our Bible study is currently on the teachings of Jesus. I personally finished reading 1 and 2 Samuel and have just started 1 Kings. So far, it's a great read. Things are making sense. Praise God! Take care, Albie RIC

Hi, Cheryl: I am so glad you settled things and kept your integrity. Too many people give too much for the sake of correctness. Kudos on staying true to your beliefs! My weekend was good! I was able to mend some fences with a dear friend. Being able to hang out with him was like going home again. Funny how God makes everything possible. I gotta admit, skies seem bluer and the grass greener. All in all, life is good! Praise the Lord! Blessings to you and your family. Take care! RIC
