| My Philosophy on God: | God is really beyond the finite mind. God is definitely real. God IS the creator thus he knows each of us better than we know ourselves. God the Creator/Father; God the Son/Jesus-Christ; God the Holy Spirit God cares about all his creation; He sent part of himself to earth to redeem us, as his son Jesus Christ....born of the virgin Mary ...who took the awfulness of sin and hell upon himself so we could be redeemed .....and not lost forever in hell with Satan. When Christ returned to his father God in Heaven; he left part of his own holy spirit here with his followers and to anyone who would forever after desire to follow him and recieve him. There is a peace that passeth all understanding. There is a heaven for the faithful. There is a hell for those who continually deny Christ and choose to do unspeakable evil while here on earth. It is easy to believe in a Hell for those who hurt and destroy the innocent, especially children, and the weak or helpless ones. It is easy to believe in a Heaven for those whom the evil one and his followers hurt and destroy! God will truly make heaven all that it could be for these little ones. Much is beyond the finite mind; but yet it is easy to believe. The harder part is to surrender and have a servants heart :) God is love. God is hope. God will never leave you; but you do continue to have free choice, you can leave God. But, you won't ! Why would you? "_ RIC |
| My Philosophy on What Happens After I Die: | Believers and followers of God, the faithful are with the Lord immediately upon the spirit leaving their body! I truly, truly believe this! For eternity with the Lord and Loved Ones and All Christians! (why would we lie around for centuries and what would God need with a pile of dust? He will give us a brand new incorruptible body!) Those who denied Christ and His Way, continually did evil to others, will immediately meet Satan in a living HELL for eternity. Listen though, my friend: ONLY GOD KNOWS WHO THESE ARE !!! So many 'christians' think it is their job to decide, sure sometimes they may have heard Christ denied, and yes it would be terrific if everyone we meet let us know their choice to serve Christ before their last breath ...but H-E-L-L-O.... they do not always do that....so we cannot positively know where they went; and really, we do not have to know. Our job is not to be the judge but to do the "fishing for men" and leave the rest to God. I do believe in Hell because I do not believe that anyone ever, ever, ever truly gets by with the terrible evil they do nor those who deliberately spread evil and snare the lives and souls of another. RIC |
| My Philosophy on Why I Exist: | I exist to love God as He first loved me. I exist to bring God pleasure by the life I live (hopefully). I exist to be a fisherman of men: to bring Christ's love and hope and salvation to others. I exist to make a difference in some way to some one before I leave this earth. I exist so God can use me if I will surrender to be his vessel, to bring love, joy, and peace to others while I am here. To work and spread the good news so that many will someday enjoy God and Eternity with him in a place that will be so wonderful you wonder what it is that is so wonderful down here to keep folk from seeing there is nothing that can even compare with what God has prepared for those who love him and do his will. (this is the most difficult part of human nature, is it not, to surrender all?......at least without circumstances tripping us up and causing us to take some of it back.....:) RIC |
| My Philosophy on The Nature of Truth: | There is only one absolute truth: GOD. Everything else is relevant only to that. RIC |
